By placing the avatar's hand in a plausible anatomical position and syncing it to your motor output, we can induce a "Virtual Mirror" effect where you feel connected to the digital shape.

This effect relies on Motor-Visual Congruency. When the commands you send to your real muscles result in a visual change that perfectly matches your intent, the "Agency" circuit in the brain marks that object as "Self."

Try to hold your real hand in the same position as the avatar hand while moving. The stronger the Proprioceptive Alignment, the more vivid the illusion of ownership becomes.
